Service & Warranty Claims

Warranty service on spas sold through the Bullfrog Spas Factory Outlet is handled entirely through the Bullfrog International manufacturing headquarters in Bluffdale, Utah.

The Bullfrog Spas Factory Service Technicians service only Bullfrog Spas. They do not service any other brand. Our Technicians have not only been fully trained on our product, but they conduct seminars around the country to train the Technicians employed by Bullfrog's other 250+ independent dealerships throughout North America. They are full time employees of Bullfrog International and are required to work periodically on the production lines to stay current on Bullfrog's manufacturing processes and equipment being installed.

If your spa requires service under warranty, you will not be charged for parts or labor. However, if you reside outside of Bullfrog's normal servicing area, you may be charged a nominal mileage fee.

If your warranty has lapsed, you will be charged the standard going rate for labor plus the applicable cost for parts, if necessary. You may call the Bullfrog Warranty Department for quotes on service for spas that are no longer under warranty.
