Setup & Delivery Service: Bullfrog Spas Factory Outlet
Hot Tub Deliveries are arranged through Spa Performance, an independent contractor based in Sandy, UT. The above pricing reflects Bullfrog's actual cost. As a service to our customers, we do not markup these costs but allow payment to be made at the time of purchase. However, BUYER may choose to pick up their spa or pay Spa Performance directly and $200.00 may be deducted from the price of the spa, unless otherwise negotiated.
BUYER may call Shon Thomas with Spa Performance with questions or a quote regarding pre-site inspection, crane service, out-of-area deliveries, access, installation of accessories, or the removal of an existing spa at 801.942.2696 (leave message).

STANDARD DELIVERY - WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Your spa will be delivered to your residence provided that it is located within the LOCAL delivery area.
- Your spa will be moved to the spa site provided there is proper access and a clear, level path to the site. (40” wide opening and 9’0” vertical clearance.)
- Your spa will be set in place and the cover and cover locks will be installed.
- You will receive basic instructions regarding spa operation and spa water chemistry. For more detailed instruction on spa operation and water chemistry, please refer to your Owners Guide, visit www.bullfrogspas.com, or visit our retail showroom after delivery of your spa.
*STANDARD DELIVERY - WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
There will be an additional charge for any services not listed above as part of our “standard delivery”. Unless charges for these services are collected at the time of purchase, BUYER must pay the contractor directly or pay at store within 5 days. Failure to comply with this policy will result in exclusion from the Orem store's Customer Loyalty Discount Program until dispute(s) is resolved. Examples of these extra services are, but are not limited to:
- Additional mileage charge if spa site is not located within the local delivery area.
- Transport of your spa to the spa site if proper access and a clear, level path are not provided. In moving the spa to the spa site, a simple dolly is used. It carries the spa in the vertical position. It does not go over rocks, holes, plants, up or down stairs, over fences, up or down steep hills, etc.
- Electrical installation or hookup.
- Installation of accessories not pre-installed on the spa at the factory (i.e. Cover Lifter, Ozonator w/ Degassing Kit, LED Light, SpaMonitor, etc.).
- Pre-site inspection. Use of a crane, special equipment, extra delivery personnel, pit drop, or the building of ramps to assist with access.
- Removal and/or disposal of an existing spa.
