Big Green Egg Accessories

Temperature Gauge Precision - Standard on all Eggs we sell!
A highly accurate external gauge made specifically for the Egg. Shows precise cooking temperatures from 50º F to 750° F.

Dual Function Metal Top - Standard on all Eggs we sell!
Sits securely on the Egg chimney—will not fall off or break. With the slider closed, the inner daisy wheel provides accurate control over the lower range of temperatures (175° to 250°) needed for "Low and Slow Smoking". Rotating the inner wheel adjusts the airflow through the Egg and therefore the temperature. Opening and closing the slider section provides control at higher temperatures.
